October 3rd, 2023. We're thrilled to firstly announce the official rebranding of Visitor Analytics to TWIPLA, an acronym of the Website Intelligence Platform. This transformation reflects our development from a Wix-only analytics integration in 2015 into the powerful all-in-one solution for digital insights that we've since become.
But throughout this journey, we've also remained committed to our guiding mission. This is to provide cutting-edge analytics that fully complies with all data privacy laws. And by using our platform, businesses can collect actionable, data-driven insights, knowing that they're also ensuring the data security of their website visitors.
While the marketing department has led our rebranding initiative, the development team has also excelled. Behind the scenes, they've developed an advanced new analytics cluster. The infrastructure is now live, and empowers users with unprecedented intersectional data analysis capabilities.
This model has opened doors to exciting possibilities, and we can't wait to see how our community of users leverages these opportunities. It's already bearing fruit, underpinning the extensive range of new features that we have launched over the last two months. These features include:
The Page Dashboard offers comprehensive insights about the performance of each individual webpage, allowing users to monitor and then enhance the performance of individual pages. This is particularly useful for optimizing key website pages such as the product page, homepage, landing pages, and forms. It provides vital intelligence that website owners can use to achieve their goals and drive business success.
It provides statistics, including total visits, visitor numbers, average page session durations, and top referrers. Additionally, analysts can group specific pages together by up to five page path levels.
You can find the Page Dashboard in the Main Dashboard module within the TWIPLA platform.
TWIPLA users can now create Visitor Segments based on a wide range of specific attributes, including page URL, country, city of visit, IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
Users can break down each of these categories considerably, enabling them to build an almost endless range of possible visitor segments. And once created, the Visitor Segment(s) can then be applied throughout the platform with the click of a button. This makes data analysis highly intuitive. It enables users to uncover deeper audience segmentation insights and then create more targeted marketing messages.
You can find the Visitor Segments module in the Website Settings section of the TWIPLA platform.
This newly launched system completely overhauls how TWIPLA approaches the fundamental task of data filtering. It leverages the power of our advanced new analytics cluster and, in addition, improves the functionality of all our other tools and features.
It also enables users to quickly filter website traffic data in a multitude of innovative new ways. These include UTM parameters, page URL, and website traffic source.
Once users activate a series of filters, they can then also convert their input into a standardized filtering template. They can save, edit, and use these templates across the website intelligence solution, which speeds up and streamlines data analysis.
This impressive new filtering system has been rolled out across the platform. It enables users to make better use of the data they have at their disposal, and to uncover even more granular insights on visitor trends, preferences, and also behavior.
