Main Dashboards

We’ve made it even easier to investigate website visitor frustration signals! Now, from the Main Dashboard’s Website Usability report block, you can jump straight to session replays or event tracking for any Alarming Behavior Event with a single click.

It’s a small change, but a powerful one.

These two new buttons make navigating TWIPLA even easier, giving you faster insights into dead clicks, excessive scrolling, and intensive mouse movements - so you can quickly identify and fix the visitor behavior issues affecting your website experience.

Understanding visitor frustration just got even easier!

We’ve added trend lines to the Website Usability report block in Main Dashboards, giving you a clear visual of how Alarming Behavior Events change over time - but only when you need them.

Trend lines automatically appear when your selected date range is 31 days or less, helping you spot spikes and patterns in behaviors like dead clicks, rage clicking, and excessive scrolling.

But for longer timeframes, these graphs disappear - keeping your data view clean and focused.

With these insights, you can quickly detect trends, investigate sudden usability issues, and take action before they impact conversions.

We’ve improved the way filter logic is displayed in the Page Views, Sessions & Visitors report block to make refining your traffic data simpler and more intuitive.
