Andy Crestonida from Orbit Media has become something of a TWIPLA mainstay, having already shared his thoughts on SEO and content marketing excellence.
Last month, he was back with TWIPLA's Dragos Gal to share valuable insights for content creators and marketers.
Together, they unpacked the latest SEO shifts, including Google’s AI-driven changes and rich snippets, offering strategies to keep click-through rates robust.
They also provided expert guidance on analyzing website traffic to differentiate commercial intent from informational visits, helping attendees drive meaningful results.
Finally, they shared practical advice on staying inspired and creative, ensuring consistency across content teams.
It was a session packed with real-world strategies from two industry pros, and you can rewatch the webinar by following the link below.
TWIPLA's session recordings are now even more intuitive, thanks to the addition of visitor action tooltips. In the detail view of any session recording, simply hover over an action to see exactly what it represents - whether it’s a mouse hover, scroll, or click.
This new feature transforms complex data into easily understandable insights, giving you a deeper understanding of how visitors interact with your site.
From subtle movements to purposeful clicks, you’ll have the context you need to uncover patterns and optimize with confidence.
Ready to explore? Open any of your session recording and check out these tooltips in action.
Session recordings now include a new column that displays the total number of alarming behavior events in each session. This feature allows you to quickly spot sessions where users may have encountered issues, helping you prioritize what to review and address.
You’ll find these totals across the session recordings module, including within playback view where you’ll see a more detailed breakdown that includes both alarming and non-alarming behavior events in the same tooltip.
This enhancement is designed to streamline your analysis and make identifying potential pain points easier.

Filtering in the Master Dashboard is now clearer and more intuitive, thanks to a new visual indicator for “or” filters. This enhancement ensures users can easily differentiate between “or” and “and” filters, reducing confusion during data exploration.
The added visual element streamlines the user experience, making it easier to understand and apply complex filter combinations. By clearly highlighting how data is being filtered, this update empowers users to analyze their website data with greater confidence and precision.
With less guesswork and a smoother interface, the improved filtering system takes another step toward creating a better, more user-friendly analytics experience.
The Master Dashboard now includes a "Usability Score" report block, giving you an at-a-glance summary of your site’s usability.
This block tracks alarming behavior events such as excessive scrolling, intense mouse movements, rapid page reloading, dead clicks, rage clicks, and u-turns. Based on these issues, it calculates a usability score out of 100 to highlight areas for improvement.
This new feature provides a quick, actionable overview, helping you pinpoint problem areas and enhance your website’s user experience. It’s a powerful tool for staying ahead of user friction and optimizing site performance.
Next to it, you’ll notice a "Website Health" report block, currently visible but blurred. This upcoming feature will offer insights into your site’s overall stability and performance, rounding out your analytics toolkit. Keep an eye out - it’s coming soon!

Event tracking now includes interactive tooltips in its line chart, making it easier than ever to understand alarming behavior events over time.
These events - such as excessive scrolling, dead clicks, intense mouse movements, and rage clicking - are now highlighted with detailed insights at your fingertips.
Hover over any data point on the chart to activate a tooltip showing the total number of alarming events for that moment. Each tooltip also includes a direct link to related session recordings, so you can dive straight into analyzing the user behaviors behind the data.
This update bridges the gap between trends and actionable insights, helping you uncover what’s causing friction and prioritize fixes effectively. With just a few clicks, you’ll transform behavior analytics into clear, impactful solutions for improving user experience.
To check out this new feature, jump into the alarming behavior tab in Event Tracking.

Visitors offers detailed insights into visitor locations and browsing habits, and it just got even better.
We’ve upgraded the live visitors map by adding a multi-select filter for countries, giving you more control and precision when analyzing visitor data.
Now, you can easily focus on specific regions or compare multiple countries simultaneously, streamlining your analysis and making the data more actionable.
This enhancement not only improves the user experience but also boosts performance, ensuring smoother navigation as you explore global visitor trends.
With this new feature, understanding your audience’s geographical behavior has never been more intuitive. Dive into the map to see it in action!
